The Zen
ฐิตา:
มรรควิถี
จงปล่อยวางพันธนาการภายนอก
อย่าปลุกเร้าปรุงแต่งจิตภายใน
จงทำจิตของท่านให้เหมือนดั่งกำแพง
เมื่อนั้น ท่านจะดำเนินสู่หนทางที่เรียกว่า มรรควิถี
- พระโพธิธรรม -
By putting to rest all external entangling objects,
And not agitating your inner mind,
And making your mind like a wall,
You can enter the Path.
- Bodhidharma -
ฐิตา:
ทุกคนบรรลุได้
ในคัมภีร์กล่าวว่า
"บัดนี้ข้าพเจ้าเห็นเหล่าสรรพสัตว์
ผู้มีจิตสำนึกอยู่ทุกหนแห่ง
ทุกคนล้วนมีสติปัญญา และคุณธรรม
ที่จะบรรลุเป็นอริยบุคคลได้
เพียงแต่เพราะเขาเหล่านั้นมีมโนคติและความยึดติดที่ผิด
ทำให้เขาเหล่านั้นไม่สามารถบรรลุมรรคผลได้"

The Flower Ornament Scripture says,
"I now see all sentient beings
everywhere fully possess the wisdom
and virtues of the enlightened ones, but
because of false conceptions and attachments
they do not realize it."

ฐิตา:
ที่พักพิงไม่ได้
กายฉันนั้นถือกำเนิดมาจากความไม่มีรูป ไม่มีร่าง
เหมือนภาพในฝัน
จิตสำนึกของผู้ที่อยู่ในความฝันเริ่มจากไม่มีอะไรเลย
ทั้งทุกข์และสุขในฝันจึงเป็นความว่างเปล่า
ฉันจึงอาศัยกายนี้เป็นที่พักพิงไม่ได้
- วิปัสสิน พุทธะ -
My body is born of formlessness,
Like a figure created in a dream.
The consciousness of a dream-man
is originally Naught,
Both Woe and Weal are Empty
And I have no abode.

มีสติ
หลักการทำสมาธิขั้นพื้นฐาน
คือปฏิบัติภารกิจ และกิจกรรมต่างๆ โดยใช้สมาธิ
และ มีสมาธิในการปฏิบัติภารกิจและการทำกิจกรรม

People meditating on the fundamental.
Carry out their ordinary tasks and activities
in the midst of meditation;
and carry out meditation
in the midst of ordinary tasks and activities.

ฐิตา:
มุกมณี
ภายในตัวฉันมีมุกที่สดใส
ฝังอยู่เป็นเวลานานใต้ละอองฝุ่น
บัดนี้ฝุ่นละอองหายไปแล้ว และ
มุกเม็ดนั้นกำลังส่องแสงแวววาว
แผ่ขยายออกไปทั่วขุนเขาและแม่น้ำ
- ฉูต้วน
There is a bright pearl within me,
Buried for a long time under dust,
Today, the dust is gone and the light radiates,
Shining through all the mountains and rivers.
